My name is Tracy Hinsz and I grew up in Bismarck, ND.
I am in my tenth year of teaching and my 7th year of teaching 4th grade in Barnesville. I graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2002 with a degree in Elementary Education and an emphasis in Mathematics.
Previously, I taught in Westminster, CO for three years in grades 2 and 3 and West Fargo, ND in the ELL program for one year.
Currently I am the assistant coach for the Barnesville Boys Basketball team.
I love teaching fourth grade and watching the kids becoming independent thinkers. We have a tremendous reading and mathematics program that supports student learning. This is proven every year when our students take the MCA tests as they lead our local area in both categories on a consistent basis.
